We are a private company that provide a chargeable service of support, guidance and advice to both Receiving and Paying Parents, with Child Maintenance issues, assessments, appeals, tribunals and all Child Maintenance matters pertaining to the CMS (Child Maintenance Service) and/or HMCTS (Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service), including where difficulties develop with the CMS and/or HMCTS.

We charge £175 (£210 inc. VAT) for an initial consultation.
We will call you to get an outline of your case. We will ask you to send us documentation and correspondence, we will review, and then arrange either a phone or in person consultation as you prefer.
The initial consultation is not time-bound. We will take as long as you need to fully understand your personal situation and then provide advice, support and guidance on how best to take matters forward.
We charge £150 (£180 inc. VAT) for additional hours.
Once we have completed an initial consultation, you can purchase additional hours to progress your case as you feel you require further consultation, advice, support and guidance with us.
Any (complete) hours not used will be refunded.
