Help with
CMS (Child Maintenance Service)
& HMCTS (Her Majesty’s Courts & Tribunals Service)

What are your options?

  • Should you open a CMS case for Child Support?
  • Your ex-partner has opened a CMS case; what is going to happen next?
  • Child Support; how could it impact you?

If you are a Paying Parent (also known as a Non-Resident Parent or NRP), have you been assessed incorrectly by the Child Maintenance Service?

If you are a Receiving Parent (also referred to as a Resident Parent or RP), are you not receiving what you think you should from the Child Maintenance Service?

Do you have an issue with the Child Maintenance Service where the CMS are not listening or understanding your issue?

We can help with the above, and more, helping you to request, or query Mandatory Reconsiderations, Variations, or Appeals.

Our consultants work hard to protect your rights.  We’ll keep you informed every step of the way, guiding and advising you with important decisions about your case. We are here to serve you.

There are free online forums where information can be found, however, child support legislation is complex.  The circumstances of one case may appear to be similar to another, however, it is paramount to seek advice, accurate and tailored to your specific circumstances and case.

Our goal is to ensure our clients are paying or receiving a fair and accurate rate of child support.
